Western Blot: customer's experiments gave a band at approx 160kDa in lysates of a Mouse Macrophage cell line after 2µg/ml antibody staining (calculated MW of 135kDa according to NP_004901.1). In ICC the customer found staining of vesicular cytoplasm in the same cell line.
