Important Comments: This is expected to recognise both RFPL2 (NP_006596) and RFPL3 (NP_006595), which are virtually identical. Immunogen Peptide with sequence C-TTDAPVRPGEAK, from the C Terminus of the protein sequence according to NP_006596. Purification + Storage Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
