Important Comments: Please note this will only recognise Human isoform 1 (NP_003819.1), not isoform 2 (NP_789746). Immunogen Peptide with sequence C-SSPSHSATSVHTSV, from the C Terminus of the protein sequence according to NP_003819.1. Purification + Storage Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
